Removing Temporary Files from Browser

Its not uncommon for your Browser to end up full of snap shots of the pages you visit on the Internet. This can in time begin to slow down your computer. So what we want to do is manage this a little better lets start here. What we will do is simple.

Start buy opening your Browser (Internet Explore is the browser I well use for this project) then click on tools and then click on internet options. You should be here

Now what you want to do is click on the radio button Delete browsing history on exit Then lets click on Delete button. This well bring up this next screen.

Now here you have several option I would for the first time is go a head and click on the radio buttons for Temporary internet files,cookies,history and,form data. No you can go ahead a click the passwords and in-private filter data but this well erase any information you have storied like passwords to you bank account social net working log-ins and so on. You can all ways re save as you go. But not necessary to delete for what we are trying to accomplish here. OK so click on Delete and wait until done. Then we can click out of this and we have cleared your browser Temporary files.

Lets go back to the first screen on the Internet Options property screen and click on settings we are going decrease if necessary the amount of space that explore can use.

OK here we can sett how much explore is allowed to save 50mb is OK but you may want to change the history day to 3 or 4 The default of 20 days is a lot of needless info being stored in your temp file. Click OK and were done with this project.
