Stop Smoking…
Yeah easier said then done, Right. I have been smoking now for all most forty years. Like you I have tried many times to quit I used the gum,the patch,lollipops cold turkey all of it well there hope I just picked up one of those electronic cigarette’s from Green Smoke I love it! I do !! Its just great it feels and looks like the really thing but you don’t get the nasty stuff that comes with burning a cigarette and inhaling all the tar and other bad stuff that goes with a tobacco cigarette.
So I am on Day one the transition is a little different in the way that you learn how the e cigarette works when i first puffed on it i wasn’t sure I did it right but Wow it was pretty close to the same amount of vapor I would get from a regular tobacco cigarette. but it did require a little more work then I was use to. How ever I made it through an entire day with only using 2 tobacco cig’s . Trust me that was amazing. as the day went on the concentration of the e gig was beginning to ware off and was becoming more natural to me. I’m looking forward to the next day I well start off with the Green Smoke Electronic Cigarette and see how the day goes. Keep checking back for the update. Next update day 2 and how was it…
